Multiple Choice Questions is one type of the
Mini-games available in the Esoteric Editor. Though, it is the most favoured
choice for testing Game play knowledge by the Game creator, our MCQ engine has
evolved and now offers more customizations than ever.
The new MCQ engine lets you choose more than one correct answer for a given question. Imagine a question which has more than one answer or a scenario where both the answers are correct. Now, you can select both the answer choices and then give the points accordingly for answering the question right. Below is a screenshot showing multiple answers selected:
Another cool feature of the MCQ engine is the ability to attach images to the questions. This allows the teachers and the game designers to ask a question that is related to an image in the question. Moreover, they can identify the image that will let them answer the question correctly. Either way, the image functionality lets more variety of questions to be available which was not possible before. An example of this is shown below where an image is attached to answer choice A2:
Last but not least, in the new MCQ Engine you can enter Chinese text and English text together. Imagine, if you want to display a winning message in English and the losing one in Chinese. It is now possible to do both. Furthermore, you can have all the questions in Chinese text if desired so:
